Good Meditation and / or deep relaxation CD?

There are many different Types Of Meditation and / or deep relaxation CDs to choose from and I can not decide which one (s) would be right for me. Obviously none of you can cd choose which is right for me lol But I'd like to hear some suggestions or tips, I may help narrow your choices down to a manageable list of those to test. I a simple guided meditation CD (nothing too deep / lol confusion! I find it hard to concentrate and relax if I am confused with the guide), soft music, I like piano and sounds of the ocean. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated =) Thanks.

I had a hard time with that too! The only one I found that I can never listen over and over again and it works really well is the cascade of healing.
