Hypnotherapy best book?

Any suggestions on what the book would be better to hypnotherapy to learn the essentials? I'm still in high school, but I'm looking for self-learning, or abandon me to it until I can go to college.

Kevin Hogan Hypnotherapy Handbook: Hypnosis and MindBody healing in the 21 th century or Roy Hunter The Art of Hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy Dave Elman is a classic, but maybe not as good as a read first. If you do not already know how To Hypnotize, then Roy Hunter The Art of Hypnosis: Mastering Basic Techniques.
