Tai Chi Meditation embraces the tree on two legs or a leg? Which is better?
I've always been told about the number of standing meditation with his arms as if hugging a tree and both feet flat on the floor, but I have seen this practice in a legged position Golden Cockerel by Inside Kung Fu. Which is better? What are the pros and cons of each?
You might take advice from people, but my advice is to try both positions and find out what works best for you. Standing on one leg is much more difficult for someone to start with meditation.
