I would like for my mother to stop smoking , lives in San Francisco and said that she could finally be ready to quit smoking with hypnosis. based on my experiences friends, quitting smoking is a matter of mind, if their time to take a stick, they would rather devote themselves to activities such as walking, do some exercise, do some 'housework, such as the establishment of their closet, bake some cookies for their children or grandchildren, have a chat with them friends.just making themselves busy, make them forget that stick! and it would be helpful for your mom too, coz what he did is good for your health!
