when i start ponder ........ increased anxiety ....... I can not able to separate the anxiety meditations .... simply observing the breath does not work ... I tried various meditations like the breath counting, visual but not his work .... how to meditate properly .... As thoughts pass and talk to mind ......... THANKS .........
