Are two fifteen minutes sessions a day enough for a Self Hypnosis result?

I can use a trigger to enter hypnosis automatically. Would simply saying ” I have most powerful laserlike concentraction ” for two fifteen-minutes sessions a day for a period of one month bring more concentraction power in me?

If you have conviction in the suggestion you are implanting, then yes. But I’d go farther than simple affirmations. Imagine yourself in scenarios, impressing even yourself with how intensely you can concentrate…. Imagine yourself in a public environment, maybe reading a book, and able to totally and completely immerse yourself in the book, tuning out all the sound and business around you.

Just remember, your subconscious will only really embrace your suggestions if they are said/imprinted with conviction and expectation.
