Can hypnosis therapy change the way you act and think.?

Say now i wanted to change the way i acted and i turned to hypnosis would this work, for example if i was to afraid to parachute would it work, or if i wasnt confident enough to do a sport would it work then?

It depends whether you are a good hypnotee. Not everyone is, some are OK and some are brilliant.

So long as you are a reasonable hypnotee AND so long as you get with a good clinical Hypnotist (or Hypnotherapist) then hypnosis will allow you to parachute and be confident. (I think there’s more to doing a sport than just confidence.)

But do make sure you find a competent hypnotist. Check their website. Look at their FAQs. If they say something like “You are in control all the time and you cannot be made to do anything in hypnosis that you wouldn’t normally do,” forget them – they are relaxotherapists and wouldn’t recognize hypnosis if they saw it.
