How can I downlaod MP3 music already saved in my PC as Itunes cannot accept it?

I already downloaded some free mp3music (Reiki and Meditation) and there is no way I can burn them to a disk as it says that they are unable to find the items but they aresaved in my music. What can I do as in this page everything is a problem

try to open open Itunes and then ADD file to Library, for my PC, that works even if it is saved on my music..
